Dr. was thorough and knowledgeable. She answers any questions with expertise and patience and communicates easily and thoroughly. I have never felt rushed and it's apparent Dr. Monigatti-Lake genuinely cares about one's well-being. I would recommend her whole-heartedly and without reservation.
Dr. Neva is an awesome doctor. She is a great listener, very caring and is very open about your preferences for treatment. She saved my husband's life twice and mine once. She will treat the problem herself or refer you if you prefer. The staff is very good and helpful. I've had her as my primary care doctor for 35 years and will not change until she retires. Love her!
I moved to Tennessee 4 years ago I love it here. The only thing I miss about California is Dr Neva she is so caring. They send you to specialists for everything here. Dr Neva just took care of the problem. You guys don't know how lucky you are. I MISS YOU DR.
Yearly Check up....Dr. Neva found cancer and within days I was in surgery and have been cancer free since. Dr Neva worked on her own time and super fast to get this taken care of.

Beware. Both my mother and I have suffered medically but this doctors medical care.
I love my doctor but she has totally incompetent staff. Twice I have shown up for appointments that they had scheduled for different day, yet they had given me written slip and printout that showed differently. And they sent wrong tests for pre approval for my husband, 3 times. It resulted in him ending up in hospital for 5 days. I wonder who ties their shoes in the morning!
