Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, they usually don't see my child for at least a week Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child

From the moment 18 years ago that Dr. Niami diagnosed my newborn son with a Neumothroax I knew I had made the correct choice of Pediatricians. King of Prussia Peds, is the only place that I know you can call to make a sick child appt. and not be told to wait 3 days and then call back if things are not better. We were ALWAYS able to get an appt. when our boys were sick, all 18 years we used these doctors. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? If your child doesn't have a disability, you'll probably be fine dealing with the staff and doctors. They do try to be sympathetic but I don't feel that they have up to date knowledge on the biomedical approaches to alleviating the symptoms of autism but neither would they refer you to a different doctor who is familiar with it. With my normally-developing child, the Nurse Practitioner, Carole Simpko, is thorough, knowledgeable, and great to deal with every time we see her.
