I thought the office was they answered all my questions. I really like Dr. Maldonado he has a wonderful personality and he is very helpful.
Had a port installed. When I called office to report complications there was no response or follow up. I ended up with a DVT that may impact my health forever. Total negligence.
I wouldn't go to this office if my life depended on it. I waited 1 1/2 weeks to hear from them. I finally go into the office and the lady working the counter finally came out after I stood there for about 5 minutes at the very least. She thought my referral was a male. They claimed I was supposed to get the referral sent over to them but no one bothered to tell me this. Then they said what I was claiming and what was on the referral I was supposed to get them that I never did...wasn't the same a
I would not recommend Dr Maldonado if he were the last surgeon on Earth. Phone calls constant not even getting in touch with him is ridiculous his office help out of you retrained. He didn't even know where my husband, his patient, was.
