Best Oral Surgeon in the Hamptons. Had my wisdom teeth extracted Doctor was great calmed me down and assured me everything will be fine. After procedure he even called to make sure I was doing good. Recovery was fast. I have been referring everyone I know there.
Went in for emergency today and doctor waited for me to get there even though they were ready to close. He talked me through everything and had patience while we decided what to do. He was a kind caring doctor and his staff was wonerderful
I'm 40 years old and this was my first experience to have a tooth extracted (I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once that day). To anyone who asks, my answer "piece of cake" thanks to the professionalism of Dr. Nelson and the caring attention of his staff. No pain just a little discomfort, minimum swelling. Thank you very much for this flawless experience.
Great Doctor! Dr Nelson is an exceptional professional. Very understanding , respects your time as was well as his own. I had two teeth removed and I will only go back to him for any and all my oral surgical treatment. Wonderful loving staff as well !

Supposedly accepts my sister's insurance. This is a procedure that any oral surgeon can do. "Dr" Jack's reason for declining to provide service, "the insurance won't pay him enough". If you want to be his meal ticket, go ahead... if you want a caring DOCTOR, look elsewhere! If her condition worsens due to his negligence, complaints will be filed. Urgent, to this practice, also means 3-5 days apparently.
I called the office in Southampton and the receptionist was so nice and accommodating. She got me in to be seen that day and when I got there I waited less than 2 minutes and immediately got my x-rays and saw the doctor. He was very friendly and explained what needed to be done. I will admit I was a little scared but before, during, and after the procedure he explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I had two teeth pulled and I will only go back to him to get the other ones done!
