I would highly recommend Dr Lim. As a retired nurse, the way a doctor treats his patients is important to me, but the way he treats the staff is also important. We went to several gastroenterologists before finding Dr Lim. He is very patient in his explanations to patients and families. He follows up on his patients to be sure they are doing well. He is compassionate and kind. If you are looking for a GI doctor, you will not be disappointed.
Wonderful! He is thorough, explained what he found in both the colonoscopy and endoscopy performed in Mar 2021. His follow up telemed visit was enlightening and resulted in discussing high liver enzymes and what could be causing it. He immediately issued an order for an MRI & liver panel to coincide with my oncologist's bloodwork order. Dr. Lim is awesome! He explains everything very well and is super nice! I am a registered nurse and have connections on who to go to and who to avoid. I highly recommend him for your GI needs! His office staff is very efficient too and also very friendly!!
MY GASTROENTEROLOGIST RETIRED SO I HAD TO GET A NEW DOCTOR FOR TREATMENT OF MY CROHNS DISEASE. I CHOSE DR NELSON LIM. I LIKED HIM THE IST TIME I MEET HIM BECAUSE HE LISTENED TO ME AND RESPONDED TO WHAT I SAID. I WAS SUFFERING A LOT AT THAT TIME. HE HELPED ME THROUGH A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION AND I BELIEVE I HAVE RECEIVED A MIRACLE WITH MY HEALTH BECAUSE ALL OF MY SYMPTOMS ARE GONE. HE GUIDED ME EXCELLENT THOUGH MY DIFFICULT TIME AND GOT EXCELLENT RESULTS
Dr. Lim is very professional and courteous. He explains everything so no fear.His staff and nurses the day of colonoscopy were great. Nice to have a medicl doctor that really cares.
I never actually got to see Dr. Lim. They make you book appointments online through ZocDoc but then they cancelled every appointment that I made to see him without any explanation or reason for the cancellation. I tried calling but they don't answer the phone. I can't stay on the phone all day while I'm at work. If you're going to offer online scheduling, you'd better make sure that process is a good one. ZocDoc was great about at least trying to resolve. It was the office that has the problem.
Scheduled Upper GI was 3rd of 3 tests scheduled and located very conveniently next to his Gilbert office.
