The rating explains for itself! Staff and doctor rude. No communication within staffs
Really bad experience lack of empathy and manners with my elderly mom , which she had just gotten out of hospital. Dr. Garay told her we could not go making to many requests ( what ever that means) and had not decided to take her as patient yet. My mom was only needing a new primary doctor and a referral why is that so complicated? Why do they give you an appointment if they don’t want new patients? Horrible service, staff is unprofessional, don’t even bother making an appointment it took 2 hours for me to be able to see the doctor unbelievable. Save your time. Save your money. Look for a doctor that we’ll take care of you!
