Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

No, they were on time Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help

Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider treat every client equally? They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot
