It's as if, people forgot the essence of being nice, let alone having good not great but at least good customer service. You are only as good as the front line that represents your company, and it is a tell all sign of how the facility or practice works or behaves. Do yourself a favor and do not use this, Doctor.
After a year of visiting doctors and specialists, including a local neurologist who proclaimed me ‘normal’, Dr. Porter was the only doctor to take his time, listened to me, gave me a thorough exam and possible diagnoses confirmed by follow up testing. He is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, while at the same time, explaining things in a way you can understand.
