We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Neil Porter for seeing my mother-in-law so quickly when she was in a great deal of pain. Dr. Porter was not only prompt, but also exceptionally kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. This is one of the most compassionate and caring neurologists that I have ever met. He cared for my son when he almost died and then I ended up seeing him for my long term injury. Highly recommended.
The one star is for the initial overall experience received by the staff for this provider. It's as if, people forgot the essence of being nice, let alone having good not great but at least good customer service. You are only as good as the front line that represents your company, and it is a tell all sign of how the facility or practice works or behaves. Do yourself a favor and do not use this, Doctor.
