She is the rudest person I have ever met and her support staff is very rude as well… the Glastonbury location is a dump… not equipped for wheelchair access… you have to ring a bell and then you have to go through the janitors space and a disgusting curtain blows up and hits you in the face… she insisted on calling me Ma’am for 3 appointments and I had to tell her repeatedly that she was RUDE… the last 3 audio appointments she has hung up on me when she didn’t like what I was saying… she cancels appointments all the time beca... read more
