I had an amazing experience today! Alicia was incredibly sweet, professional, and gentle throughout my entire appointment. I was nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, but she made me feel comfortable and never made me feel judged. The 1st appointment was great! She made sure to walk me through the process of my filling and made sure I felt ok! From there it went down hill! The fillin turned into needing a root canal after wasting my money and time on 3 fillings that swollen my face and riddled me with pain. I made an emergency appointment and she gave me no antibiotics, she did not talk me through the process and it was the worse pain I ever felt besides labor pain.
