He’s Awesome
Dr. Satpute was outstanding! He was patient in explaining the dental process for my 6 year old who needed caps. He’s extremely detailed and comforting. I wish we had met him sooner. The entire staff treated my daughter like a princess and she’s no longer afraid to go to the dentist.
I love Dr. Neel. He’s always pleasant when informing me about my son’s tooth process. After greeting, his first question is “do you have any concerns?”. I appreciate the kind and willingness of informing me of any issues I may have or feel nervous about. The office environment is very clean and the staff are very welcoming.
My daughter normally is seen by the other Dr.s in the office but on two occasions we had Dr. Satpute. I feel that he is very judgmental. On both occasions we had him, he continued to assume that my toddler tooth decay was due to candy or juice consumption and on both occasions we had to explain that she never had juice or candy, but was due to night nursing/prolong breastfeeding. He continue to make my husband and I feel very uncomfortable as we did not agree with some of his suggestions.
My children have been going to Dr. Satpute for about 7 years now. I love the professionalism of him and his staff. My children are always happy when they leave because they get a little treat. His office is always to work with you on scheduling any payment arrangements. I have never been dissatisfied.
