I have been a patient of Dr. Colemen's for several years. He was able to implant a pain pump when another pain specialist said it was impossible. Over the years, I have found him to be compassionate and caring about my welfare. Would highly recommend him. They desperately need to replace their answering service.

I have seen Dr Coleman for over 20 years. He is terrific. He is confident about treating patients and has always been kind and concerned. I do not like his new phone system, but like anything else that is new, there are blips that need to get worked out. He always listens and gives me the time I need.

I have been on pain meds for 5 years and because I got sick and could not come in one time he cut me off my pain meds cold turkey and also put a nevo pain device in spine. I would never tell anyone to go to him. He does not tell to your pain problems one does what he want to do .

I recently experienced a week-long delay getting a prescription refilled. In the process of getting this straightened out, I discovered that Dr. Coleman has decided to outsource all office communications to another country. I have learned to accept this from big corporations, but I just can't believe this might be the future of healthcare in America. I understand that pain clinics are under increased bureaucratic pressure to safeguard against opioid abuse, but my doctor has decided that, rather than hire more local people to... read more

Since the change to their phones, system, and whatever else. AWFUL. my mother goes there. She had a phone visit and Coleman forgot to e script her pain meds. She has been without them for 2 weeks. She is very sick and in alot of pain because of this. She called and left 12 messages that were not returned. I finally went to the office to straighten things out, was told they would be. Nope, had to go back the next day and waited while the supposedly called them in. But they were called in wrong. What dr. Leaves their patients w... read more

The worst P O S in the business (and I don't mean point of sale). First he called me by the wrong name, then he made inappropriate comments on my attire. I had polio as a child and have since been diagnosed with many other health issues. I am in pain no matter what I am doing. He dismissed all the therapies and treatments done in the past, all diagnosed conditions, told me it was in my head and that I need to do a ton of exercises that I cannot do. He degraded me every moment he had a chance. He also belittled my caregiver o... read more

Former med rep speaking. His counterpart, Trobridge is cool and a great pain physician, but Coleman is known as an arrogant know it all among his colleagues and reps. Taylor and Trobridge are the best in the area. The staff are great people. They walk on eggshells around Coleman. The physician comes off as a man more concerned about money than medical necessity. His patients will have pain pumps needing replaced and go through withdrawal bc he didn't account for the correct measurements.

I would recommend Dr. Coleman highly! He is very professional and kind. He explained my surgery pre-op for pinched nerve endings. My office visits were timely, and the staff was helpful and courteous.
