I had the good fortune of finding Dr. Blitz after spending the better part of my adult life (75+) suffering with bunions and then hammertoes. He beautifully corrected both feet (a year apart). Recovery was surprisingly easy. I walked out after surgery in a surgical shoe, and after six weeks I was in sneakers and back to the gym. Now I am looking forward to wearing open-toe sandals this summer for the first time in decades. I love Dr. Blitz.

I'm very happy I found Dr. Blitz's office for my bunion surgery. This was one of the most traumatic and painful experiences ever. The “ Bunion King” is a good salesman. Aftercare was impossible.
Dr. Blitz is a gifted surgeon. I had horrible bunions on both feet most dramatically on my right foot. I wondered if they developed from spending years, cramming my feet into figure skates, ballet/point shoes, etc. Or maybe just hereditary. It got to the point where I would only shop for shoes (sandals) that had an opening on the side so that my bunion could stick out and nothing would rub against them.
