Waited 2 hours WITH Appointment – I originally made an appt for 9am- they called to say the dentist had a emergency procedure and rescheduled me to 12, then called me back 2 days later to ask if I wanted to take a 10 or 11 appt. We confirmed that the appt was for 10am and I get there at 10:05. The paperwork is confusing (and I have a background in healthcare) although most people would have just signed. Feel Cheated – I go in for a regular cleaning. She totally scammed me into getting a "deep cleaning" and getting some fillings redone, using scare tactics talking about gum disease and periodontal disease and possible root canals. This despite never hearing about any of these possible issues from my prior dentist. I figured it's because my old dentist didn't do a very good job. I think it's the other way around though. She's so nice! – She was really nice and gentle. Her shots are painless! I didn't even know she gave them to me. A friend at work told me about Market Place Dentistry and said the same thing.
