Very rude and uncaring. Felt he was better than me, and surely much more important. Did not take the time to see a dark mole on my abdomen, and stated our visit was over. Later came to find out it was a highly abnormal mole.
Service is always exemplary. Prompt & Courteous. Comfortable, knowledgeable, caring...I've had many visits and Dr. Nami is always very professional but personable. I enjoy going to the Dr. under this condition.
I am very pleased with Dr. Nami and his staff. They run a great office and take good care of their patients.

Told me procedure was not covered by insurance, which was a fabrication. I later found out that his office collected insurance benefits from my provider, which is why I was denied reimbrusement. My health insurance provider informed me that my only recourse was to ask Dr. Nami to return the $130 he charged me, which his office refused to do. Extremely rude billing staff member, and highly unrecommended doctor.
The office staff is really rude both on the phone and in person. You can't get an appointment with the doctor but you can get the PA. Dr. Nami I found out wasn't even an MD but a DO. What is a DO? He spends 5 minutes with you if you can actually get to see him and are rushed out or sent to see the PA. Did not listen to me or answer any of my questions. DON'T GO!!
Dr Nami is very detailed and takes his time.Daryl Tibbs is the PA and he is great too,a littlemore down to earth and fun.Great place for children. I would reccommend this place to anyone
Dr. Nami was a huge disappointment. I saw the PA prior to this visit and he was much more helpful than Dr. Nami. Dr. NAmi briefly looked at my face and just hurried his prescription without asking any details of my skincare routine.. or listening to me. the worst part is, he didn't even schedule a follow up visit with me after giving me a bunch of Rx. what kind of a medical doctor does that? Very dissapointed in how he handles patients.
