I was admitted to SJMO with sepsis and jaundice due to cancerous obstruction of the bile duct. The clueless PA in ER thought I had a urinary tract infection even though no urine culture was ever done. I was admitted on a Saturday afternoon. Dr Reddy came to see me on Sunday. Never got to the dr. Office staff pissed me off twice. First time they called a couple day before procedure asked my medications and said oh you can't be on that for 10 days. Well maybe you should have told me that. Reschedule 2 months later and night before called and informed me that my driver has to be in waiting room. Told her that was impossible that they can call him when I get checked out and the can wheel me to the door where you have patient pick up. She gave me attitude so I told her to cancel and I'll go elsewhere
I was at St. Joe’s Oakland dealing with numerous medical complications. A growth was found and Dr. Reddy was on call and assigned to my case.
