Money-hungry and dishonest.
Dr. Kwatra's practice lost my health records within Maryland's legally required window and was pretty evasive and nonforthcoming about it; these records would have likely provided much needed answers about improper orthodontic treatment encountered here. Additionally, when it came to how the practice handled billing during my orthodontic treatment, everything was pretty questionable (and they also lost billing records). As always, the staff are always very friendly and professional. They are also helpful when addressing clients questions/concerns. Strongly recommend.
My autistic son loves coming here. They are so patient and understanding. They answer any and all his questions no matter what they are. I like them because they are quick to book him for appointments and services needed beyond cleaning . They explain every procedure in detail and don’t try to make you get unnecessary treatment for your child. Plus their rates are very reasonable. Most importantly the people here are phenomenal and awesome. This is the best practice I have ever taken my son to.

Amazing! So kind and sweet. My daughter had a tooth injury and Dr. Kwatra took the time to explain everything I can expect to see or not see in the future. Possibly something simple to them but since it was a concern for me, Dr. Kwatra made sure I was comfortable with my concerns. Not to mention the staff is fantastic!
