I have been seeing Dr Moore for many years now and I have never seen him irritable, agitated or angry as some reviews have commented. Dr Moore, Abby and the entire staff attempt to give excellent care to every patient that walks through their doors and if I’ve had to wait I know it’s not intentional. The MedNow team are humans too and like all of us have those days that might not be 100%. I don’t believe you could find a better team than MedNow Clinics Aurora. Office staff are very slow. If you want to be just a paycheck this is the Dr to see. You can call the office for a prior authorization and you maybe waiting a few days for them to even contact your insurance. Be sure you don't need anything because after you leave the office you are nothing to them.

Dr. Hermann is a caring professional we have used for many years. Cindy his assistant is wonderful. I find it hard to believe that anyone in that office was ever rude.
Treated like a hypochondriac and his nurse was extremely rude
I have a terrible fear of doctors. Took day's to dial, and ask for help. Never got past the receptionist. Tried to explain my problem, she would not listen. Have had an ear infection for 2 months, yes my phobia is severe. Reached out for help and got smacked down instead. Compassion, look it up.
