Dr Rich is my Dad's oncologist. If clinical trials are what you want, he is the doctor for you. He puts clinical trials and referrals to Huntsman's before listening and caring about what his patients want. He made my Dad and Mom feel extremely pressured to go to Huntsman's for a clinical consult after they told him they weren't interested in clinical trials. Dr. Rich failed to address any of my issues. Dr. Rich kicked me down the road like a tin can. Failed to address "out of range" bloodwork levels. Failed to address my pain & fatigue conditions. Basically told me to visit the ER if anything bad happens.
Dr. Rich is knowledgeable, yet personable and friendly. Excellent doctor who listens and understands his patients. Stays up to date on current research studies and treatments (not just for cancer - even COVID!!)
Dr. Rich is an excellent doctor. Very kind and always willing to take time and listen to all my concerns.
