Very good about explaining what would happen during my stay there. Extremely king people. Definitely recommend!!
Dr. Massey took the time to explain my procedure, and answer all my questions. But aren’t all physicians supposed to do this? Yes. But Dr. Massey actually cared about the things he was telling me, and genuine cared about my concerns. That’s the big difference! Nobody, absolutely nobody, likes a colonoscopy. But if you have to have one, this is the doctor to go to! Whole staff was empathetic!

He has in my opinion saved my life more than once by diagnosis and treatment. I can’t Imagine that anyone else could be more skilled, caring, clear in explanations, and compassionate. He’s the best!
Grateful for Dr Massey's care and concern for my mother-in-law. She suffered from Crons for years until Dr Massey was able to diagnose her condition. We've struggled getting her quality care in Kentucky up until now. I feel like she is finally in competent hands now.
Dr. Massey is an excellent physician. He is kind, empathetic, and engaged, as well as efficient, competent, and current in his knowledge and practice. I have been a patient for years and have multiple issues. Dr. Massey never fails to listen and address my concerns. His staff is also excellent. If I have to call or email, the response is always prompt and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Massey to anyone needing a physician in this specialty.

No one enjoys come to these places, but if one must, I have to say, they don't come any better! Dr. Massey is, without a doubt, one of the finest physicians I've ever met in my life. His bedside manner is peerless. He made me feel comfortable and assured before I ever received the sedative. He talked with me in a confident, gentle, professional manner that made me feel brave enough to ask any question. As busy as I could tell he was, he never rushed out conversation. A+++
