Dr. Jean is a patient and understanding doctor able to relate to many different life circumstances. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor
Dr.Jean truly listens. He doesn't dismiss your concerns and he explains things in a way that makes you feel heard. He is patient and genuinely tries to help you. He is very personable and easy to talk to. For these reasons I refer him to anyone that is looking for a new doctor. Finding someone that doesn't just try to get you out the door seems rare lately. I feel fortunate to have found Dr.Jean.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jean’s for over 8 years now. I can’t speak more highly of him. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains his thoughts thoroughly and channels whatever avenues necessary to get answers (labs, diagnostics, referrals to specialists, etc). Thankful to have such a knowledge, kind and compassionate GP!
Absolutely horrible doctor. Tries to treat a serious physical illness by sending patient to get mental help for psychosomatic illness. Wanted me on antidepressants and had mental health person change my records to accommodate being institutionalized, like turning my cancer dx into Crohn's disease? Doesn't he know the difference? And then he made it on the hospital board! Well my physical illness is colon cancer, and that makes me mentally ill? He told stories to other drs. so they wouldn't take me as a patient and then after... read more
Excellent
I have been a patient of Dr Jean's for over four years. He always spends the time to listen attentively to my issues, comes prepared with information and follows up on any conditions which require attention and folow-up. One of the best, most concerned doctors that I have encountered. Highly recommended.
This man is amazing beyond belief. He listens to you and talks to you on your level. He has a great sense of humor but knows how to be professional at the same time. He has a great bedside manor. I would recommend him to everyone who needs a great Dr because he is definitely worth going to see.
No patient respect toward me. Gave me a warm hand-off to Sweetser to be tested for mental illness while trying to adjust to hrt. Wanted to treat me on antianxiety and antidepressants while still not regulated on thyroid hormone and subjected me to getting EMDR shock for Thyroid!!! I was physically ill not mentally ill and put me through that torment. Wouldn't listen to me about gut issues, told me my pain was somatic. It was a tumor, hernia and some other issues related to my past cancer.
Great Doctor! Took the time to learn family history and my past health history. Very personable. Rose (nurse/med tech) was also great! Excellent attitude and sense of humor. Great environment all around.
