Dr. Bloom is outstanding! He is extremely knowledgeable about every condition I have mentioned to him and more importantly, passes along information in great detail. I have had three Board Certified family physicians during my adult life and I consider him to be the very best. He offers optional ways to treat conditions if appropriate-his communication is fantastic. I highly recommend him.

front office wont tell you that they charge more of an office visit with insurance than cash pay. i was billed hundreds more and then turned over to collections. then told once payment was made in full they'd see me again. beings i always liked the dr, i made the payment, then went to schedule, was told n, dr wont see me. billing staff rude. liars and thieves
Dr. Bloom is a good general doctor. I went in for PMDD and I was very let down by his halfway concerning response to my treatment and diagnosis. Instead of asking what PMDD was like for me he told me that I was experiencing "moodiness and feeling grumpy" when in fact my reality was much deeper, scarier, and complicated than that when I had my episodes. His suggestions were medications, not asking or offering lifestyle changes. He gave me the impression he did not care.
Dr. Nathan Bloom did very well. He was patient and didn't try and rush through the appointment. He asked questions to better understand your symptoms. - would reccomend
Dr. Bloom and Famly Medicine Associates are the best providers by far in my 20+ years in Lawrence. They never hesitate to refer you as needed to specialists and have a nurse answering the phones all day. The whole office seems to really care for their patients.
