Awful experience with this doctor. She gave my mother the wrong prescription that caused her massive headaches and vertigo. The office she works for isn't any better.
Dr. K is excellent. She really helped me in an emergency situation that was scary. She was able to fit me in and made sure to explain what was going on.
While the operations at the practice are great with friendly people, the bottom line is the health care. Dr K, as she likes to be called, prescribed a large number of tests despite a lack of symptoms. One test indicated border line dry eyes the first time and no dry eyes the second. I also had no complaints about dry eyes. Why is this a concern? The number of tests and treatments kept escalating as if I had a severe problem, when it was questionable whether I had a problem at all.
I typically go to the mall for eye glasses; I never knew how much I was missing, I told Dr. K about the issues my eyes had mostly dryness and needed to update my perception. I feel like everyone there was an expert, where the last time I went to the mall they treated me like a number.
Dr Krzyanowski and supporting staff were very thorough and addressed all my questions leaving me with a renewed idea of a complete eye exam far above and beyond just a prescription change.
