The absolute worst staff I’ve ever encountered! They didn’t see me because I didn’t show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I’m supposed to be a kind reader to know that. I showed them emails, texts and all Communication showing NOWHERE that I was to arrive 30 minutes early. They were absolutely horrible! Insensitive and didn’t give a damn about my troubles to arrive
I understand that people have different experiences but please do not pay attention to the negative reviews. Dr. Yanes is excellent. First doctor I have had that did not rush through the appointment and made sure to get a complete history of my disease. I was not a number to her, I was a patient, which is rare to find with doctors these days. She is empathetic and explains everything to detail. They asked me to get there early because of parking and paperwork. I got there 30mins early. They told me that it was supposed to be 1 hour early and that they were not going to be able to see me. That I would have to reschedule. This was a waste of my time!
I disagree with previous posts. These do not reflect my experience. Dr. Yanes is an excellent physician and the reviews reflect personal experiences with the front office staff not the with the Dr. Dr Yanes is a caring physician, who listens to your concerns and addresses all her patients needs. I highly recommend her.
