New patient, never had been to this office. I was 12 minutes late because of construction. The dr would not see me unless I paid a $50.00 fee. I was not told about the tardy policy, I would not have thought it was for patients who’s never been there. The receptionist said I should have called… traffic and construction- nope. Now they are sending me bills. I’ve called twice and they said I only owe $50 if I rescheduled, I did not. I will never even consider seeing any doctor associated with this office.
