Dr Hua is very difficult to understand. This was my first visit. She attempted to explained in broken English what was my diagnosis and gave me paperwork on exercises to read, I said that I didn't understand. She said "don't worry I'll be back and we will go over the information together." While I was reading basically the same information I read in the internet, I could hear her in the next room with another patient. I was very disappointed with my experience. First, she showed up 35 minutes late to an 8:20am appointment (office opened at 8am) making me late to my work. Then, without even looking at my foot, just a few X-rays taken prior, diagnosed me to go buy some expensive boot and heel lifts from their own store. I do not believe the diagnosis to be entirely accurate either. Lastly, I received the bill for just the visit which was $466 before insurance.
