Doctor seemed very nice and fairly competent, but getting in to see him was a night mare. The staff often dropped my call, transferred and lost my call, or could not answer simple questions. They need to get their act together, because I am not continuing my care at their facility, nor would I EVER recommend anyone going to this office. The office and nurse staff treated me with such disrespect. While Dr. Rana seems nice and although I would have liked to complete the treatment he suggested, IVF, I am transferring to a new doctor due to his unbelieveably incompetent staff. They do not call with results of test. If you wish to speak the nurse staff, you will always get their voicemail. The staff is all foreign with thick accents and unhelpful demeanors. My husband and I had blood work done from them. They lost one of his tests and they did not think it was a big problem that he has to take the test again. They forgot... read more
