I hate leaving bad reviews. Dr Rana was very kind and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and I spoke very clearly of our goals. He told me of two issues with our situation and said he would resolve both during surgery. One for pregnancy issues the other for pain. I told him the pain/ comfort was of the utmost priority. Dr Patel sent me to dr. Rana to get the saline infusion sonohysterography which is the vaginal USG with saline solution. The doctor was nice and spent few minutes explaining everything to me. However, when I got the bill I couldn't believe- I was billed $ 850 for vaginal USG. The total bill was $ 1,500 but my insurance covered at least something. I can't believe I was that naïve...For sure I will never ever visit this place. I can't afford it.

I only met Dr Rana once, before our IVF treatment. I think he is very knowledgable and was helpful in getting us information. His staff however is not. I didn't not go through with my IVF with this office for this reason. They would mess up on timing of my medication and ask if I ordered it when it was my first time and no one ever told me to. They did that twice. I would always get transferred to voicemail whenever I call. They kept calling my husbands number when I gave them my phone number twice. Receptionist does not kno... read more

I'm absolutely in love with everything this office has had to offer. I wish Dr. Rana was my GP, he is extremely thorough & very knowledgable. When he is explaining conditions to me he pulls out diagrams & pictures etc to make sure I understand it, he gives plenty of time for questions & never looks annoyed when I'm redundant with them (experience I've had in the past) scheduling with him has been a breeze I'm blown away that a doc of this caliber is able to get me in so quickly. I do like Dr. Rana, he is knowledgeable and very competent. I do agree with other reviewers, the staff at RMI has a lot of room for improvement. It is difficult to get a hold of any one who can answer questions. If you choose Dr. Rana, be prepared to play a lot of phone tag with the staff. I've had a hard time getting a hold of staff to answer questions about billing, test results, scheduling procedures, etc. At the office I find the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

I loved everything about this office.Dr. Rana was very direct and to the point and we got right to a plan of action.We got the ball rolling on IVF treatments before we left the office on our first visit. I saw Dr. Rana for the first time in August 2011 and have been going to him since. He did my laparoscopy and removed my stage 4 Endometriosis after me only knowing him for a week. He always made my husband and I feel welcome at every appointment, he took the time to explain things slowly and made sure we left his office understanding what we just discussed.
