We have had the best experience with Dr. Assaad the past 2 years in her care! Our little boy feels so comfortable in her presence. She is thorough with her exam, extremely patient with our energetic toddler and knowledgeable when answering all my new mom questions. We always highly recommend Towson Pediatrics!
the issue was her approach and the way she handled herself as a professional and a doctor. She seems to think its okay to approach patients in a manner that is highly unprofessional and was offended when I dismissed her. Just because you are a doctor doesn?t put you above a patient or an individual in general. She refused to provide information requested at this visit and apparently she must have been having a bad day or hates her personal life to come to work taking it out on patients.
