Dr. Dharel was more interested in promoting other procedures (non-surgical hemorrhoid) than getting to know why I was in the office - routine colonoscopy.Front desk personnel were very energetic/friendly. Practice streamline the check-in procedure with tablet, but still use 4 page paper questionnaire for history. Nurse repeats questions/types answers in computer. Scheduling staff should have been fired - no knowledge of cost, promote practice prep materials only, nasty in general.
