I'm not sure where a lot of these negative reviews are coming from to be honest, perhaps an off day which everyone is allowed to have, but I just got back from my first appointment, and my experience was the polar opposite. The secretary was cordial, nice, and professional. The pharmacist was amazing, approachable and offered any help he could provide. Don't pay attention to the negative remarks about Dr. Naqvi. He and his team are the best in Niagara Region. He really cares about his patients. It's a very busy location
My Doctor since eighteen. Very good staff as well.
I absolutely adore Dr. Naqvi, but this move to Niagara Falls was very inconvenient for his St. Catharines patients that have zero way there.
I’m not a patient of Dr Naqvi but my sister is. I have to speak on her behalf because she can’t. She had a very unpleasant visit today, normally she sees a friendly dark hair lady on the desk and her favourite nurse. Today was neither! She said today a man gave her the injection. He didn’t ask her any questions or tried to connect with her. A total lack of care. Hopefully next time her nurse is back and that interaction doesn’t happen again.
