After 7 years attempting to speak with various psychiatrists Dr. Naqvi finally took the time to really hear me and give me a correct diagnosis. Since my first visit with him my entire life has changed. You can tell he really cares about his patients because he will take time with you regardless of how busy this clinic is. Yes you may have a long wait time but you will have his full attention.

No respect for your time whatsoever. If you show up on time for your appointment, you still have to wait 2 hours in the waiting room. I have no idea why they would give you an appointment time if they just make you wait 2 extra hours anyway. The waiting room is a depressing, windowless space with no cell reception. The walls are all covered with passive-aggressive signs saying not to ask wait times, not to touch the glass, don't do this, don't do that.... Horrible receptionist. RUDE. Most of time doesn't care, wants you on and off phone. Or open and close the window. Makes a down person feel more down.
2 hours in the waiting room each time. 3 hours on one occassion. You have to ask for a key to use the washroom. Dr. Naqvi is a very quiet man who mostly just prescribes medication. I once told him I was overwhelmed snd tired and he immediately upped mh dosage. He was for some reason very set on having me put on medicinal injections. Having to go to Doctor Naqvi's on a regular basis is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever experienced. I reccomend anyone going bring something very good for entertaining themselves... read more
