I’m not a patient of Dr Naqvi but my sister is. I have to speak on her behalf because she can’t. She had a very unpleasant visit today, normally she sees a friendly dark hair lady on the desk and her favourite nurse. Today was neither! She said today a man gave her the injection. He didn’t ask her any questions or tried to connect with her. A total lack of care. Hopefully next time her nurse is back and that interaction doesn’t happen again.
My mom has been going to Dr Naqvi for years and we love the new location. The waiting room is nice and bright and welcoming. The only thing is that there is pharmacy right in the waiting room area. Their approach seems unconventional and almost aggressive. The pharmacist seemed more interested in getting my mom’s prescription than anything else. I’m surprised Dr Naqvi suggested that pharmacy. We are happy with Shoppers and that’s where we will stay. FYI there is all kinds that of restaurants and shopping by the new location.... read more
I have seen Dr.Naqvi since my first psychiatric emergency 16 years ago (postpartum). He has always listened. Is patient. And really, really cares about his patients. I have been correctly diagnosed and on the right medication where psychiatrists in the past got it all wrong. If you have Dr.Naqvi as a pdoc (psychiatrist), you are one of the lucky ones. Yes, the wait times are atrocious. Yes, you will wait quite a while when you arrive. But, well worth the wait for comprehensive and thorough care.
