Still unsettled weeks later. I came in for a consultation and waited over 40 minutes to be seen. The dentist spent little time asking about my concerns before cataloguing the flaws she’d observed — framed as empathetic questions (“does this bother you… are you around people a lot?”) — then moved straight into a hard sell for veneers. Her assistant presented pricing in two columns: “the value” and the “discounted rate.” Financing was available, naturally. A strange experience I haven’t been able to shake.

I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel welcomed and comfortable—truly a family-friendly environment.
