Worst experience ever. My son who is 2 years old was extremely scared after Dr. Sun dilated his eyes and she basically kept asking if he is hitting all his milestones while giving me a puzzled look because he was crying and scared. She said no other 2 year olds act like this, and he seems like he has so many sensory issues by his behaviors. She clearly has no experience with TODDLERS. Dr. Sun is great! My daughter was supposed to get her surgery done when she was 4 years old but, her past doctor office was playing. As soon as I switched doctors I got an appointment than a date for surgery. The surgery went so well!! My daughter eye is currently healing but it looks so much better. Thank you Dr. Sun. Ps. Her assistants are awesome and so are the staff that work the desk. So grateful to have found this office.
Dr. Sun was amazing with my 4 month old. First time meeting her today and I can say she was extremely detailed, optimistic, and pleasant all around. Great bedside manners. Thank you for making me feel calm and thank you for taking the time to answer all of my many questions, i genuinely appreciate it. I look forward to seeing you at our next follow-up.
Dr Sun came in highly recommended as a second opinion after a scare with my daughter's eyesight, and I wasn't disappointed. She was extremely professional, patient and compassionate. She felt that the issue corrected itself and didn't need any intervention, and answered all my questions until I was completely at ease with her view. We plan to use her again in the future for routine exams. As a side note, the office staff was also very nice to me, but I was nice to them too!
