I have been a patient of this practice for over fifty years. Dr. Schmidt is the most recent owner/dentist. I have been seeing her since she purchased the practice several years ago. I had a cleaning this morning with Burns, followed by a full exam by Dr. Schmidt. Dr Schmidt and her team are professional, thorough, kind and compassionate. They take time to explain exactly what issues you have and discuss all treatment options. Dr Schmidt and her assistants have excellent chair side manners, are very attentive and always make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. I have had ongoing dental challenges and they have always done their best to see me on short notice when necessary.
Dr. Schmidt and her team are very caring professionals. She does go the extra mile in checking for oral cancers as well as keeping a close eye on any dental health changes. I trust her opinions without a doubt.
If your looking for the perfect dentist, don't look no further. This dentist office is the best in Victoria b.c. staff are excellent. I have been going here for years, love it.
The team at Dr. Schmidt's clinic is very welcoming which makes the dental visits less daunting. Dr. Nancy is easy to talk to and provides detailed information that helps in making decisions about treatment. And the therapy pooch, Rizzo, is adorable.
