Dr Schmidt and her team are professional, thorough, kind and compassionate. They take time to explain exactly what issues you have and discuss all treatment options. Dr Schmidt and her assistants have excellent chair side manners, are very attentive and always make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. I have had ongoing dental challenges and they have always done their best to see me on short notice when necessary.
Dr. Schmidt and her team are very caring professionals. She does go the extra mile in checking for oral cancers as well as keeping a close eye on any dental health changes. I trust her opinions without a doubt.
If your looking for the perfect dentist, don't look no further. This dentist office is the best in Victoria b.c. staff are excellent. I have been going here for years, love it.
The team at Dr. Schmidt's clinic is very welcoming which makes the dental visits less daunting. Dr. Nancy is easy to talk to and provides detailed information that helps in making decisions about treatment. And the therapy pooch, Rizzo, is adorable.
Pressured me to get my wisdom teeth removed, and insisted on removing the three teeth inside her own office with a mild anxiety/numbing medication. Such a clear money grab it makes me angry to think about it. Years later I went back for some tooth pain, and mistakenly thought I still had one wisdom tooth remaining - I was worried this could be the source of my problem.
