The doctor was over an hour late. Files all over the floor. The lady at the front desk made fun of my 4-year-old for having his shoes on the wrong feet even though they weren’t and then laughed at me for switching his shoes only after she noticed they were on the right feet. No apology for all the bad service. Don’t come here.
Doctor Opara, first time meeting her since I switched offices. She is nice, she will communicate here and there but mainly there just to do her job. Office location: not the best, this small location is about 700sqft and can really use some updating. It almost looks closed from the outside, like an abandoned office.
