My daughter was referred to this doctor for a filling under Nitrous. I was unable to have her procedure done here, as they are not accommodating to our family situation - I am unavailable to accompany my minor child secondary to working to provide for her, so I had asked her grandmother (who helps us out with similar appointments), but dentist will not preform the procedure without her legal guardian present, despite my express permission. I have rebooked with a dentist who will work with us and our needs.

Went in twice to get metal caps for my son's teeth. They were accommodating and professional. I forgot a couple elements as you do as a parent and they went above and beyond to make sure we could get the work done! Very happy with the experience!

When my son wouldn't breath the gas, Dr. Kennedy told me that our only option was to have him put to sleep at the IWK. What she failed to tell me was that there is a two year waiting list. She would rather have my son in pain for two years than try to have him come back and breath the gas. When I left her office I waited for months to hear back from anyone.
