When my son wouldn't breath the gas, Dr. Kennedy told me that our only option was to have him put to sleep at the IWK. What she failed to tell me was that there is a two year waiting list. Friendly, welcoming, kind - my six-year-old had her first (and hopefully last!) cavity and we were referred to this clinic by our regular dentist. We (parents) were nervous, wanting to make sure that she would continue to feel good about dental hygiene and cleanings and procedures, and we were so grateful to Dr. Natalie for how this experience went - she set my daughter completely at ease, explained everything and treated her very kindly and respectfully. The staff was amazing! They were extremely attentive and helpful when we arrived and the dentist and assistant treated my daughter like they're own. Very respectful and kind in there demeanor. I would recommend Dr. Nancy Kennedy Dentistry to anyone who has anxiety towards needles or just going to the dentist in general. They make the experience a positive one. GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU !!!

I went here when I was little, and it was extremely traumatic. I had 3 teeth being removed, and I was not given enough numbing. When I told the dentist this, she jammed her tool into my tooth. I was screaming in pain during nearly the entire procedure, and they would not listen to me. Hope it’s gotten better since then
