My 4 year old son was having severe pain from a cavity and needed sedation, the iwk dental waiting list is long so I called and left a voicemail on Sunday (when they were closed). On Monday 1 minute after they were opened my phone rang and it was Nancy offering to help me and wanted to find a time to get my son in to be seen. My daughter had an appointment here today for tooth extractions, and I just wanted to say how thankful we are for the amazing care she received. Dr. Nancy Kennedy was so patient, kind, and easy to talk to. She made us both feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Laura, her assistant, was absolutely incredible. I am in my 20s and still have trauma from visiting Dr Natalie Burke at this dentist as kid. I am appalled by the other horrific reviews and stories, they have learned nothing and continue to cause people pain and do unnecessary work in order to make more profit. I had dental work that I never needed done, and was yelled at by Dr.Burke and her assistant held my arms down while doing a procedure to pull out 3 teeth (baby teeth that should have never been pulled). I refused the treatment and screamed until they would let me go,... read more
