Dr. Hesz is the best pediatrician that my children have visited. She is always honest, direct, and open to any questions we have asked. This woman has excellent knowledge, and has a great nursing staff that are also very caring and helpful.

I am completely happy with Dr. Hesz. I have been taking my 1 year old son to her since the first week he was born. I did explain to Dr. Hesz at our first appointment that I was not comfortable with immunizing him, at least not until after age 2. She did share her disagreement with this (which I expected!), but do not refuse to continue seeing him as a result. She always seems to be pretty thorough and friendly during our well-child visits. Took my 16 month son here today, first time in for a meet and greet and check up for my son, the staff at the front desk was short with me upon greeting and did not seem to mind if i was there or not, When meeting Dr Hesz had a short but nice conversation on my sons history, Then asking me if we were going to to his immunizations or shots. I responded by saying i was not going to have them done today. I have read some reviews which were not very promising. We moved 2hrs from anyone we knew and I had no idea about which DR. to see. I was concerned regarding a few reviews, but I know people share bad experiences more than good ones. I am soooo happy I chose them. The staff was very friendly and worked with us when we didn't have insurance and my daughter needed seen. I have always been treated well in this office. My children receive the best care and the appropriate testing for whatever we are being seen for. We have never been put on the back burner , we have always been squeezed in, in an emergency, and have even been seen multiple times in one week due to worsening symptoms. They listen very well.
