I have been seeing her for awhile. She never touched me, example listening to heart, lungs anything. Had a few injuries and she only gave me referrals to other doctors. Today I came in for UTI and a sprained back. She had students with her this time. My back had been in spasms for over a week. Unlike virtually every other office, this one seeks new patients in perpetuity. I soon learned why. Each visit started the same; waiting room deserted and still a substantial wait time. Face time with the doc was average 3 minutes, no matter the ailment. No physical inquiry besides weight & blood pressure unless requested. Deserted waiting room upon exit. Bloodwork paperwork screwed up. Prescriptions not called in to pharmacy. Showed up for appointments twice & found the office closed. No notice. Paid cash for co-pays & gett... read more
Dr. Nancy Goodwin gets zero stars. Only gave one because it required that. My husband was very happy with her predecessor Dr. Kreuger and his files automatically went to Dr. Goodwin and he decided to stay with her until the final straw. She basically has her hand on the door the whole time she is in the office with you, acting like she doesn't have time for you. There have been times that he has shown up at the office for an appointment and the office was locked and closed. When he called them, they said they called him nume... read more

You can trust what others are saying in these reviews. I was so thankful to get in to see Dr. Goodwin because all other doctors were booked out for three months, at least. But now I know why it was so easy to get in to see her! She probably should retire. My blood work paperwork had the wrong birthday on it (I think it might’ve been hers, it said 1947 ) and so I wasn’t able to get my blood work done until she changed it.
