Bad experience in this season covid19 the nurse refused to change the paper and she doesn’t wear any gloves I told her and she said no the paper is clean and is inaceptable that situation specially when you bring kids to the appointment 0 star for the clinic
Staff is extremely rude and incompetent, specifically Stephanie, who continually speak while i am speaking, rather than listen and fix the issue. Then she lie to avoid the issue. They appear as though they can barely use the computer to input patient information. The receptionist is incompetent and failed to contact the insurance company after four attempts. My child is a victim of their gross incompetence. Any trip to this office is not worth your time and energy. Avoid as much as possible.
the doctor is great friendly explain with details and answers all my questions since she got two locations is great for me too .in the other hand some stuff members that are not good on dealing with others, some of them are very rude and with attitude problems. DR, needs to get professional front desk personal.
