I'm sitting in the waiting room, and lady rep at desk tells doc a patient on the phone doesn't have insurance, and the doctor blurts out the most Nelson-from-the-Simpsons' HA-HA. Completely rude to respond like that to what I assume was a previous customer (from me overhearing the conversation). Unprofessional and rude. Came in for a cavity fix, since last appointment (same dentist) I was told I had 6. Now he tells me I have FOURTEEN cavities.
