Horrible, unprofessional, long waits complete cash grab
Always double booked with minimum 2hr waits reception staff is very rude and make you feel selecting this doctor is a mistake.
I visited this doctor a few hours ago and they asked us to pay copay under speciality care for the service which is covered 100 percent as per my insurance provider. They also asked to fill out a form with my credit card detail which sounds like full scam.
I wish I could rate this clinic -5. A simple, non-pregnancy routine visit was turned into 3–4 unnecessary visits just to charge multiple copays. My 10:30 AM appointment turned into a 3-hour wait, and I was finally seen around 12:45 PM only for a basic exam. The ultrasound could have been done the same day, but I was forced to come back and pay another $35 copay. Very disappointed with my experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was way too much crowd, and even though my appointment was at 10:15 AM, I had to wait until 12:35 PM and still wasn’t seen by the doctor. I ended up leaving without being treated. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.
