My 5 year old was very scared to go for the visit. Right on the start when u walk in the place turns in to a playground, which got my child occupied right away. Then Dr. Marina became friends with my child and made her fall in love with a dentist. She can not wait for next visit. Thank you for the great experience.
The staff is cordial and very efficient. Dr. Marina Krepkh is exceptional.
Dr Krepkh is the best dentist you can possibly find in NY. Her friendliness and compassion makes even the most stubborn kids do what she tells them to do. I can't believe I am saying that, but my children Love going to the dentist!
Great experience !!! as usual. Very nice and pleasant staff ; so is the Doctor. She is Always so patient, calm, and sweet. Front girls are very professional, and very nice. Lena Kharkhurina, at the front desk is great! She is always very nice, friendly and very helpful. She always goes out of her way to make clients happy. I had to change my daughter's appt few times, and she was etremely helpful in assisting me. Great experience at the dentist with my autistic daughter. The dentist and her assistants are very nice and patient.
Dr. Marina is so amazing! She is nice and friendly. She knows how to talk with kids. She understands those little patients. Right person at right place:)) Thank you for your kindness.
We love Dr. Krepkh. She is knowledgeable and is very gentle in her approach.
Have used this dentist for 9 years for both of my children. She is terrific. The staff is great! Always made to feel welcomed. Have had some dental procedures completed without any discomfort and kids never complained.was referred by a dentist who uses this office for his own children. They are terrific!
