Took my daughter for her first visit at age 2 years, 10 months. The experience was extremely positive. Dr. Krepkh used very age appropriate child-friendly language, positive reinforcement, and made my daughter feel very comfortable very quickly, which is no easy feat for her age and personality. My only complaint is that we did have to wait about 45 minutes past our appointment time, which was a little difficult with a young child.
I liked the visit very much. Ms. Krepkh was very nice and helpful. I like visiting this dental office.
My child was very excited about the visit and wants to go back.
Dr. Krepkh was great in handling my son who has a tremendous fear of the dentist. Although he had to be held by me, she was able to get the job done and he left happy and showing off his teeth!!!!!
great office, friendly stuff, and amazing doctor. we drive from staten island because i know that she has the right approach to my kids and treats all dental issues very well. cons is the parking around office.
I am so happy and extremly happy with our visit to this dentist!! Dr. Krepkh and her staff are Amazing! From the moment you walk into the waiting area you feel at home and at ease! Everyone is very nice and super friendly! My son felt at ease and was not scared at all! The receptionists were both really nice and friendly to my son and me! The office is beautiful!! Dr Marina did so great with my 3-year old; she helped to keep her calm and the whole cleaning was really efficient and quick. The office is super clean and really geared towards little ones. Great experience in my opinion!
Dr. Krepkh is the best pediatric dentist! Everyone in the office is amazing from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and of course Dr. Krepkh. The entire staff are great, very friendly and wonderful with kids. The waiting area has IPads, legos, arts and crafts and the exam rooms have TV's. The entire office is perfect for kids with fun decals of different characters. Dr. Krepkh and her staff made my daughter and I feel comfortable every step of the way.
