My wife and I saw Dr. Nagra Dec.1st. he is extremely prompt, professional, friendly and caring. He seems to go above and beyond for his patients. He makes you feel comfortable during the whole visit. Thank you Dr. Nagra, looking forward to my next eye exam.
No respect for people's time. Optometrist walked around chatting with people and going on the computer fully aware that he made me wait over 40 minutes for my eye exam. No concept of customer service and very unprofessional. I’m referencing the Specsavers location at Billing’s Bridge.

Very kind optometrist. Dr. Nagras had some concerns regarding my eyes and sent me to get his concerns addressed at a specialist clinic. Dr. Nagras is thorough, professional and kind. Thank you.
