His kindness and gentleness first. He let me make decisions and was not pushy.
First impression was that he was going to fix my shoulder problem and that he was awesome. Fast forward that wasn’t the case after the surgery I was have problems and when I asked him about it I was told it was normal. Nothing is normal about a loud pop that you can hear and feel that causing excruciating pain. The pain lasted for over a week before it started to subside I ended up in urgent care it was so bad. Dr. Hamid is the kindest man. Not only is he kind, he is decisive and explained everything. He was accurate in his diagnosis and was so very timely. He was efficient and the whole process was so seamless. Dr. Hamid is so considerate of family members and took extra time to explain what would happen and also took time after surgery to carefully explain the findings. His entire staff was too-notch. I can’t say enough good things about the care he provided.
We were referred to Dr. Hamid in November 2023 for diagnosis and consultation of multiple breaks of right collar bone. Subsequent to reviewing the X-rays and examining my collar bone he informed us we had options to consider. Approximately 60% chance the break could heal on its own vs. 40% that I could recover more successfully with surgery. Dr. Hamid performed both my left and right rotator cuff surgeries. His diagnosis and preparation for the surgeries were spot on, and his repairs and techniques were very successful.Dr. Hamid’s staff was thorough in, preparing and following through with physical therapy after the surgical procedures. I would recommend Dr. Nady Hamid to a friend.
Dr. Hamid was very professional and friendly. He made me feel confident in the surgery and his ability, and I was not disappointed. So far I have had no issues and my elbow is feeling better.
Dr. Hamid is a very compassionate surgeon. He spends the time to get to know you and gives you a thorough exam before diagnosing your situation and making any recommendations. I am two weeks out from surgery and doing great. He is the best! I would highly recommend him for rotator cuff tear.
Dr. Hamid showed a great deal of concern for my well-being. He also explained everything that we did in terms that I could understand.
