After falling onto a concrete garage floor and shattering my elbow, I was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Hamid on the recommendation of a friend. Because my injury was very serious and complicated, finding the right surgeon was the top priority. He was professional and patient, explaining everything that needed to be done. 3 months after surgery, I’ve made tremendous progress (despite my crazy body growing extra bone where it’s not supposed to) and look forward to a complete recovery.
Dr. Hamid did a great job on my terrible traumatic shoulder injury and even modified his family time for my surgery. His expertise plus his caring manner quickly won my respect. As a retired nurse this does not come easily. He continues to encourage me as I make very slow progress in my recovery. I have already recommended him to friends.

I was very nervous about the rotaty cuff surgery that I needed to repair my shoulder. But Dr. Nady Hamid put all my fears to rest. He is a very caring, knowledgeable surgeon who took the time to explain how & why my surgery was to be done. After 3 1/2 months I am almost back to using my arm fully - and the scars are hardly noticeable. Thanks Dr. Hamid.
Dr Hamid is the most kind and caring physician you will ever meet, not to mention he is a great orthopedic surgeon. He genuinely cares about his patients and I can say that first hand from a patient and a nurse perspective.
I found Dr. Hamid to be very kind but also very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a shoulder problem.
