Make sure you ask questions about the billing. I was told the plasma treatment for my extraction may or "may not be covered by my insurance". However, they did not even submit it to my insurance company. When I asked for the procedure code then they admitted it was a patented procedure and the code could not be submitted. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The clinic did not appear clean or well-maintained, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and safety. The staff were not welcoming or friendly, and instead of being helpful, they came across as dismissive and uncooperative. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable or cared for at any point during my visit. A dental office should make patients feel safe and supported, but this one fell short in every respect. I am a 65-year-old male that is no stranger to dental procedures and extractions. Having had them all my life including orthodontia, I am really not a fan of the dental chair be it extractions or dental procedures. As such I am not the best example of good oral hygiene.
