Nobody likes getting a colonoscopy but I have to say that Dr Kazi and his staff made this procedure very comfortable. On both my initial visit and the day of the procedure, the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend Dr Kazi.
Terrible. Had a colonoscopy put on a medication for the chrones disease I h as ve. Had side effect and discontinued meds. Dr. Kozi told me if I wasn't going to take that medication h err wasn't going to treat me. His office staff is very rude and waiting over an hour is rediculous.
1 hour wait to see Dr, no excuse for that. Friday afternoon, they scheduled me for colonoscopy for Monday, supposed to phone in prescription. Went to pick up, none of pharmacies in area have prescription. Called office, they are closed for weekend, no email or emergency contact information for Dr. No colonoscopy for me on Monday!
Who ever schedules appointments needs to be FIRED. Patients having to wait 1.5 hrs. to get in to the doctor due to over scheduling is very poor. Dr. Kazi is a great doctor, but his staff needs a lot of improvements.
Waited over an hour and a half both times I went to see the Dr. Dr. Kazi was very rude and refused to answer questions after my procedure, stating "its all in the paperwork", then walked out of the room. When I said it's not in the paperwork to the assistant he yelled "just follow the paperwork" from another room. Then I get hit with an insurance bill and when I asked why I was paying because it was supposed to be covered, they said the Dr coded it wrong. Worst Dr experience ever, don't go here.
Dr.kazi is a great Gastroenterologist, his staff is pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable, him and his staff runs a professional office. Dr.Kazi is passionate about what he does he is a very competent doctor. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Kazi and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very patient centered. I saw him for a colonoscopy and he was very detailed when explaining the procedure to me and I felt very comfortable in his care. His nurse, Kelsie and Brandon, who was in charge of the anesthesia were very friendly and answered all my questions. Even though I was a bit anxious before the procedure, they reassured me and made it a very pleasant experience! They even called me the day afterward to follow up with me.
He is a good doctor but his office is always crowded, not enough seats and people have to stand. He is always running behind.
the kind of Dr I want! Attention to detail! Listens, assimilates all u tell him. You can tell he loves solving a problem & being a Doctor. Very professional!
