I made an appointment for a routine exam and cleaning, which usually takes about 20 minutes. I was out of the office 2 hours later. The doctor overbooks. The waiting area had 25+ chairs, all of which were covered in plastic and were very uncomfortable. The office felt like a freezer - VERY cold. I asked that the temperature in the office be raised.
