Dr. Rana lacks compassion, professionalism, and respect for her patients. I have seen her now three times in the past month. Dr. Rana is very condescending and rude. In addition, she refuses to provide the care that is needed for her patients. I was scared 😱 by reading all the comments here. That moment I was sitting in the office and was waiting for a doctor. The office girl was calling our insurance and asked for all the details. Doctor was 15 mins late. Yes, she is not young and she is not American by birth. But she is a doctor. I was trying to get an appointment. I have a referral from CN loudoun Office. However, when I spoke to the receptionist, she told me that she didn't know what insurance they work with, and I asked her if I could please ask and she told me: no, I can't ask, if you want, ask YOURSELF, at YOUR INSURANCE. However, you want we can take your money and make an appointment for you anyway, no refunds. To follow up from my previous post about the rude and terrible service I have now just received a bill in the mail for the copay that I already paid. She has no idea how to run a business let alone have proper beside manners and respect for people’s time.
