I was trying to get an appointment. I have a referral from CN loudoun Office. However, when I spoke to the receptionist, she told me that she didn't know what insurance they work with, and I asked her if I could please ask and she told me: no, I can't ask, if you want, ask YOURSELF, at YOUR INSURANCE. However, you want we can take your money and make an appointment for you anyway, no refunds. To follow up from my previous post about the rude and terrible service I have now just received a bill in the mail for the copay that I already paid. She has no idea how to run a business let alone have proper beside manners and respect for people’s time.
